Reiki Initiations – a sacred path back to your energy

Reiki initiations open you to a deep connection with the universal life force energy and restore the natural flow within your body, heart, and energetic field. It is a process that supports healing, raises your vibration, and helps you return to inner harmony and personal power.

Usui Reiki – Level I Initiation

Initiation (attunement) in the Usui Shiki Ryōhō Reiki system is a process in which the Reiki Master “opens” the student’s energy channels, allowing the universal life energy to flow freely. It is a permanent process – once opened, this ability remains with you for life.

Level I (Shoden) – “Body and Physicality”

This is the foundation. It focuses on healing yourself and others on a physical level.

What it involves: During several initiations, your biofield is cleansed and attuned to high vibrations.
What you gain: You learn hand positions for self-treatment and helping others (family, animals, plants).
Effect: You regain contact with your own body, strengthen your immunity, and gain a tool for immediate relaxation.

Important: Breaks (min. 21 days or a few months) are recommended between levels so that your body and energy system can gently integrate the new vibrations.

Usui Reiki – Level II Initiation

Level II (Okuden) – “Mind and Time”

An advanced level that dramatically increases the power of energy flow.

What it involves: You gain access to the three sacred Reiki symbols. You learn how to use them to enhance the effect of the energy.
What you gain: You can send Reiki at a distance (beyond time and space) and work with the mental and emotional spheres (e.g., releasing addictions or fears).
Effect: Your work with energy becomes faster and more precise.

Important: Breaks (from min 21 days to a few months) are recommended between levels so that your body and energy system can gently integrate the new vibrations.

Usui Reiki – Level III Initiation

Initiation (attunement) in the Usui Shiki Ryōhō Reiki system is a process in which the Reiki Master “opens” the student’s energy channels, allowing the universal life energy to flow freely. It is a permanent process – once opened, this ability remains with you for life.

Level III (Shinpiden) – “Spirit and Mastery”

This is the Master Teacher level, the entrance to the path of deep spiritual development.

What it is: You receive the fourth and most important symbol – the Master Symbol. It connects your energy directly to the energy of the Source.
What you gain: Your vibrations increase rapidly and Reiki becomes your way of life. This level is intended for people who want to work with energy professionally and it gives you the right to teach others.
Effect: Deep inner transformation and full responsibility for your own life path.

Kundalini Reiki Millennium

is one of the simplest yet most powerful forms of energy healing. It was developed by Ole Gabrielsen and is a modernized, more powerful version of classic Kundalini Reiki.

The main premise of this system is to cleanse the energy channels in the body, allowing for the safe awakening of the Kundalini energy (often referred to as the “serpent fire”) that lies dormant at the base of the spine. In the Millennium version, the emphasis is on DNA activation and deep regeneration at the cellular level.

The Millennium version differs from older versions in that it activates additional energy points and is adapted to the “new energies” in which we currently operate. It is easier to use—it does not require complicated symbols or long rituals. Everything is based on intention.

To be initiated into the first and second levels of Kundalini Reiki, you must have the second level of Usui Reiki. You can arrange for the initiation into the third part at appropriate intervals.

3 Levels of Initiation

In the Millennium system, the process is usually condensed, and each successive initiation opens you up to higher frequencies.

First Level (Basic)

This is the stage of “cleaning” and preparing the foundations. During this initiation, your main energy channels and chakras (especially the crown, heart, and palm chakras) are opened and cleansed of blockages.

Action: Prepares the body for the flow of Kundalini energy.
Possibilities: After this level, you can perform healing treatments on yourself and others (also at a distance). You can also cleanse rooms and objects.
Effect: This corresponds roughly to the power of all three levels of traditional Usui Reiki.

Level Two (Awakening)

At this stage, the Kundalini energy is safely and controllably awakened. The Kundalini fire reaches the solar plexus chakra, preparing the ground for full ascension.

Effect: The energy channels are strengthened and expanded.
Possibilities: You gain access to the so-called Kundalini Reiki Meditation, which allows for a short but intense process of cleansing the entire energy system.
Requirement: Usually, a minimum interval of 2 days from the first initiation is required.

Level Three (Master)

This is full opening. The throat, solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras are fully opened, and the Kundalini fire can flow freely through the entire spine and exit through the crown chakra.

Effect: Your DNA is activated and you become a “channel” for very high vibration energy.
Additional Techniques: At the master level, you gain access to specific supporting energies such as:
- Diamond Reiki (powerful energy of enlightenment),
- DNA Reiki (genetic healing),
- Birth Trauma Reiki (healing of perinatal trauma),
- Extraspace Location Reiki (healing of relationships with places).
Authorities: After this level, you can initiate others into this system.

Complete the initiation. Open the channel. Receive your certificate.

Enter a process that not only elevates your energy but also provides formal confirmation of completing a specific Reiki level. After the initiation, you will receive a certificate that authorizes you to work with energy at the chosen level.
